Our Mission

Our purpose is to give God glory in all that we do.   Our passion is to solve problems and help people.   Our mission is to help people live the “American Dream” Home ownership.   We accomplish this in 3 very unique ways:   We help people who have found themselves in a bad situation; job loss or transfer, death in family, sudden move, etc. resulting in two house payments or even facing foreclosure of their home. We purchase their house quickly saving their credit and relieving their debt burden. This also allows these people to quickly get back on their feet once the situation passes. We help normal everyday people get a great return on their investment by borrowing money from private lenders rather than banks. This allows us to purchase properties when we have to act fast. We help people buy our homes by offering flexible terms. This allows people that normally would not be able to be homeowners right now. We are helping people live the “American Dream”
